Therefore, we offer a flexible return policy that meets your requirements: Return Period: You can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. Conditions for accepting a return: The product must be unused and in its original condition as received. The product must be packaged in its original box with all attached accessories. Non-returnable products: Products that have been opened or used. Customized products or those modified according to the customer's request. Perfumes or perishable products after opening. Return procedures: The product must not be used more than 5 grams (if the product is a stick). Please contact us via WhatsApp to submit your return request. After approving your request, we will guide you on how to return the product. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Shipping and return fees may be deducted from the refunded amount depending on the case. Product exchange: You can exchange the product for another of the same value or higher, with the difference to be paid if any.
